A brand identity that creates overall consistency
On September 27, 2026, Cryla Group becomes Novare Industries. This new identity erases nothing of our history: it brings together our two areas of expertise, small and medium dimensions, within a single brand — clearer and more coherent for our clients and partners.
Specialized in the co-design and manufacturing of technical components and subassemblies, our teams transform raw materials into high-precision parts every day, for sectors as demanding as aerospace, energy, medical, and luxury.

From Cryla Group to Novare Industries
It all began in 1951 in Besançon. Cryla was founded there, specializing in high-precision microtechnology subcontracting — an expertise rooted historically in watchmaking. Over several decades, the company patiently built its reputation, part by part, within the demands of micron-level precision.
2009 marked a turning point: Thierry Bisiaux took over Cryla. Driven by family and industrial shareholders, the company entered a new phase of growth and innovation.
2018 brought a decisive acceleration. Scalia was founded, an agile structure dedicated to rapid prototyping, while the acquisitions of Sérode and Lavoilotte strengthened the stamping division. That same year, Megep joined the group, enriching the precision machining division from its site in Pirey.
In 2024, the group formed a partnership with Beaichek, specialized in medium and large series stamping and injection molding.
