The technology
Cryla performs resistance micro-welding under binocular microscope and high-precision brazing for the integration of complex subassemblies: wiring, fluid connections, technical bonding, followed by full functional testing before delivery.
Viktech complements this offering with TIG, MIG, and MAG welding and brazing to ISO 15614-1/2, RCC-M, and ASME standards, as well as the design and assembly of special machines and custom test benches, with optical 3D inspection, pressure testing, and helium leak testing.
Viktech also performs the bonding of motor lamination stacks — using epoxy resin or backlack-coated sheets — with cylindrical grinding and magnetic annealing management, complemented by riveting, crimping, and finishing operations (tribofinishing deburring, heat treatment, and surface treatment).
